Shipping policy

Our goal is to process orders as quickly as possible. We strive for a dispatch time of 1–3 business days for in-stock items. You will automatically receive an email when your order is shipped from our warehouse. Items are delivered to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase.

A Cocohagen A/S employee will contact you if there are any delays or issues with your order.

For deliveries within Denmark:
Cocohagen A/S primarily offers delivery via GLS. The delivery method is calculated and selected during checkout.
Prices and minimum order requirements for free shipping vary for private customers and business customers.

For deliveries outside Denmark:
Cocohagen A/S uses GLS, Bring, FedEx, and UPS for addresses outside Denmark. Shipping is invoiced individually based on destination and weight. Prices are calculated and displayed specifically at checkout.
The INCOTerms used are DAP (Delivered at Place), meaning Cocohagen A/S is responsible for the shipping and insurance of the shipment.
Note for customers outside the EU: Customers are responsible for customs duties, clearance fees, storage related to customs processing, etc. Such costs will be charged directly to the customer by the shipping company and/or customs authorities. Cocohagen A/S bears no responsibility for the import of goods.

We reserve the right to make separate deliveries. Separate deliveries may be necessary, for example, due to delayed items or if an item is out of stock. You will be informed prior to purchase if your order will be subject to separate deliveries. You will not be charged additional shipping fees if we exercise our right to make separate deliveries.
